Will I own the equipment? Yes the equipment belongs to you However we guarantee the kit for the life duration of your subscription.. How do I pay the monthly fee? We prefer a standing order. You ask your bank to pay the set amount into our account on the 1st of each month. This is the safest most secure way. You have control over the amount and dates. Unlike direct debit, using this method is impossible for us to receive anything but the correct amount from you. If I return to the UK for long periods do I have to continue to pay? No, we bill month by month. With no contract terms. You may come and go as you please. We operate a "Calendar monthly" billing system. If I move can I take it with me? Yes providing you move to an area covered by our service. However the equipment belongs to you so you may be able to use the equipment with another provider.
